Fruit juice in China



The annual consumption of fruit juice in China is 10.1 liters per person, which is much lower than Russia (20.1 liters per person) and the United States (30.3 liters per person). Orange juice continues to dominate the fruit juice market despite a market share decrease from 57% in 2008 against 47.2% in 2011.

Per capita consumption of fruit juices and vegetables in China is still far from the global average. Thus, with the improvement of per capita disposable income of the Chinese population, fruit juices and vegetables should maintain a growth trend.
